The entire home opens directly onto the full width terrace and infinity pool, focal point of Costa Rican living, and the perfect place to watch the world awaken, relax and lose yourself in a selection from the large library, sip a cocktail or two or enjoy a romatic dinner.

The villa is one of only seven homes located in the exclusive gated community of paved roads and underground utilities, and is just 5 minutes (also on paved roads) from the quaint beach town of Samara and the world famous Carrillo Beach, rated by Lonely Planet as 2 of the most beautiful beaches in all of Central America.

Samara's many beach bars and restaurants will satisfy any taste - Italian, Mexican, French, Argentine, vegetarian, pizza, seafood, sushi, steak and more. Staying in? No problem in the spacious gourmet kitchen as there are several grocery stores and bakeries, a butcher shop, produce markets, organic market and farmer's market located in Samara.

There are two banks, ATMs, English speaking medical and dental centers, a pharmacy, spa, fitness and yoga centers in town. For adventure, there are surf lessons, scuba diving, horseback riding or white water rafting tours or rent kayaks, paddleboards, bicycles or ATVs. There is even a company offering gyro-copter tours to explore the Pacific coast. Ziplining canopy tours in the area as well. Samara even has an internationally acclaimed language school that offers weekly classes. Samara offers all that. Or… just relax in the pool while keeping a look out for passing whales.
