In Tragara Street, glamouros and famous spot of the island, there is this really exceptional apartment. One of the most beautiful walks will take you in ten minutes from Camerelle shops to Villa Carlotta, where this unit is located. The apartment develops as follows: the living room and the open kitchen overlook the large porch and the garden. Then you will find the first - single -bedroom, equipped with a walk-in closet and bathroom / laundry. The double bedroom, with en suite bathroom, looks directly onto the colonnade of the porch and here you will enjoy the view of the garden. A third space, hidden by a light movable structure, represents the third room, with a restroom with shower. Nice colors are the main detail for wooden doors, for the furniture and for the bathroom finishes, renovated few years ago. The porch - an ideal area to stay outside even in Autumn - is the perfect place, along with another spot outdoor, to create a BBQ area: here you will simply relax, looking at the spectacular rocks of Marina Piccola and towards the sea. From the Roman Villa Jovis, passing through the Certosa, to the noble residences of the last two hundred years: Villa Lysis and the writers’ villas, such as the panoramic property of Munthe and the ingenious residence belonging to Malaparte. The road built by Krupp is the most well-known among those with a sea view on the island. In Anacapri there are beautiful routes: nature is uncontami-nated; silence and privacy are very important for those who live there. The village preserves the most authentic island spirit, with local handicrafts and quiet streets. From here you can reach the Blue Grotto, a naturalistic miracle that charms all visitors by its colour and magic. Other walks lead to the ‘Small fortress route’ and to the chair-lift of Monte Solaro.
