1. Playa de Monsul, Spain
A very unique beach located in Cabo de Gata-Nijar Natural Park in Almeria. At this beach, you can expect a phenomenal landscape including a long black sandy beach and lava cliffs. Steven Spielberg even rated this location as one of the best Spanish beaches he’s ever seen! So, you would think it would be more touristic, but despite this, it is still pleasantly quiet and serene.
2. Zlatni rat beach, Croatia
Croatia has so many incredible beaches across the Adriatic islands, but Zlatni rat beach is a special one to visit! Located just 2km west of Bol Harbor, it is very rural. It is a white pebble beach that sticks out into the sea, which is also why it is called The Golden Horn Beach. If you’re looking for more of an adventure, this is the place for some excellent windsurfing because of the water’s strong currents.

If you want to also explore other things than the beach, explore the picturesque traditional villages that is also there. Walking along the cobbled narrow streets might make you forget what decade you’re living in. When the evening falls, try one of the local restaurants to enjoy some delicious meals!
4. Icmeler, Turkey
A great place to relax, this is not the place to go if you’re looking for loud bars and nightclubs. This is the destination for the ultimate relaxation! Located on the Datcha peninsular, Icmeler is just 8 km from Marmaris.
